OUR CURRICULUM

The Kids Learning for Life preschool and toddler curriculum is a themed program that focuses on a weekly calendar of activities in four categories: floor activity, outside play, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics), and circle time. It offers a mix of independent and guided activities, with coordinating materials and themed books and music to support each week's theme.  

• Floor activity: Encourages play-based learning through hands-on activities that are often repeated to allow for more practice.
• Outside play: Promotes gross motor skills, exploration, and messy play.
• STEAM: Integrates science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. This includes art activities children can do independently and science/math activities that can be child-led or guided by an adult.
• Circle time: More structured time for group discussion and activities, often with themed songs and stories.
